Nottingham:
Defending Workers’ Rights. Assemble 11am Robin Hood Statue, Nottingham Castle.
Speakers: Cheryl Pidgeon (Unite, Sports Direct project), junior doctor and local trade unionists.

May Day March and Rally, meeting at 12 noon, Manzil Way. Connolly Association and IBMT speakers. Leafleting for TUAEU.

Monday 2nd May
Chesterfield: Assemble 10.30 at Town
Hall for march at 11.00 Main rally
in the market square starting about 11.45am.

Refugee Solidarity campaigner. Music from the main stage in Chesterfield's New Square from Faith and Branko, Bikini Beach Band and Bleeding Hearts.
Leicester:
Jubilee Square (assemble 1130) down High Street to Gallowtree Gate (outside BHS) followed by a rally
– with Jon Ashworth, MP, Doug Nicholls, GFTU gen sec, Jess Green, political performance poet and others.
After the rally there will be a free entry gig at Duffy's Bar, Pocklingtons Walk by traditional Irish band, Kelly's Heroes.
